Realme has released a new update for its budget phone that packs a number of improvements, and one of these is improved security. The latest Realme C11, C12 and C15 firmware – version RMX2185EU_11_A.64, RMX2189_11_A.95, and RMX2180_11_A.95 respectively – is currently rolling out for the 4G model in dozens of countries including Europe. It’s available for download over the air from the phone’s Settings » Software update menu; you can also grab the latest firmware from the company’s archives and upgrade your phone manually.
The Realme C11 is being powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio G35 chipset. The phone sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. Flip the phone and you’ll find a rectangular camera module consisting of the 3-megapixel primary camera + 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, you’ll find a 5-megapixel camera setup for selfies and video calls. Under the hood, there’s a massive 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging.
