The Realme 9i, Realme's most recent introduction in India, has a new 'Stereo Prism' design. When you hold this phone, the sides and corners are rounded so the frame does not dig into your hands.

The Realme 9i has a 6.6-inch full-HD+ display with a 90Hz peak refresh rate. The panel is however a step down considering the Realme 8i screen has a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel showcases adequate brightness with colours that are just fine for the job.

With our use over the evaluation period, the Realme 9i provided decent performance and showed no symptoms of slowing down. The Realme 9i scored 280,907 points in the AnTuTu test. In Geekbench 5's single-core and multi-core tests, it received 383 and 1554 points, respectively.

The Realme 9i is an extremely power-efficient phone, and a full charge lasted us approximately two days. The phone was charged to 51 percent in 30 minutes and 91 percent in an hour using the included 33W charger. You won't need to charge the Realme 9i too often if you're a light user.

The images in daylight had an average dynamic range and were excellent on their own, but zooming them showed less detail, particularly in the shadows. When taking shots in strong light, the phone immediately enabled HDR and handled exposure properly.

The Realme 9i has a starting price of Rs. 13,999 in India, which may appeal to people on a budget. The phone's camera is subpar, which makes recommending the higher-priced option to people seeking for an all-rounder even more difficult.
