[December 28, 2020]: Realme has started rolling out the December 2020 security patch update in various regions, and now the update is being rolled out for the Realme X3 Super Zoom in Europe (Spain). The update carries the same changelog as for the other countries and fixes some known issues while improving the system stability. The update comes with firmware version number RMX2081EU_11_A.46 and could be download as an OTA.
Realme X3 and Realme X3 superzoom users in India have reportedly started receiving a new December update, which brings the November and December 2020 Android Security Patches along with bug fixes and UI enhancements. The update is now being pushed to a group of users and will have a broader rollout in a few days if critical bugs are found.
The new December update for the Realme X3 and Realme X3 Superzoom carries the build number RMX2081PU_11.A.47 and brings the November and December 2020 Android security patch, adds a new icon for phone calls made using Bluetooth earphones, enhances the experience of using Face Unlock and fingerprint unlock, Fixes the probabilistic issue of screen flickering when editing photos in albums, along with many more fixes and UI enhancements as well. Finally, do not that this is a phased rollout and takes some time to receive the update. Additionally, one can also manually check for updates by going into Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update.
On the matter of updates, Realme has now officially started rolling out a new December Update for the Realme X2 Pro carrying the build number RMX1931EX_11.C.34, which brings multiple bug fixes and improvements along with the December Android Security Patch.
