Alleged Realme 8 Pro Appears on FCC and Geekbench, Specifications Revealed

The Realme 8 series is rumoured to be launched in India in the month of March, and today a new Realme smartphone RMX3081, which is being reported to be the Realme 8 Pro has surfaced on the FCC, revealing some key specifications about the device.

The FCC document revealed a device codenamed RMX3181 to feature a 65W charger along with a 4,500mAh battery. The handset will run on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box.

Further, the same device appeared on Geekbench, and its listing reveals that the device codenamed RMX3181 will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 2.32GHz along with an Adreno 618 GPU. These specifications match with the previously rumoured to be Snapdragon 720G SoC.

The listing further reveals that the phone will run on Android 11 and come with 8GB of RAM. The device scored 569 in the single-core test and 1711 in the multi-core test.

Further on, Realme India shared a couple of teasers for a device revealing a gradient back with a Dare to Leap motto imprinted in it. Tipster Himanshu has revealed the variants and colour options of the Realme 8 series devices. The Realme 8 will be available in two variants: 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage; and two colour options to choose from, namely Cyber Silver and Cyber Black.

The Realme 8 Pro on the other hand will come in two variants, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. We also expect the device to come in colour variants including Infinite Black, Infinite Blue, and Illuminating Yellow as per Himanshu.
