Realme 7i joins April update party with new Realme UI 2.0 beta

Realme has started rolling out a new beta update for the Realme 7i. The update carries the latest April 2021 security patch update and brings optimizations for system performance and stability.

The new beta version carries the firmware version RMX2103_11_C.04 and is sized around 452MB. If you are one of the beta testers, just go to Settings -> Software Updates, and you will be able to download and install the update.

The Realme 7i was launched in 2020, succeeding the Realme 6i. The device features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 mobile platform, a 64-megapixel rear camera, a 6.5-inch 90Hz HD+ IPS LCD display, a 5000mAh battery with 18W SuperDart fast charging, and more. It was launched running Realme UI 1.0 based on Android 10.

Last year, the company announced its next version of Android custom UI based on Android 11, namely Realme UI 2.0. As per the timelines shared by Realme, the Realme 7i started receiving its beta updates in the month of February 2021. Since then, the device has received multiple bug fix updates and is expected to get a stable rollout with in the next 3-4 months.
