After the launch of the Realme C20 in January this year, the company has now released a new smartphone in Malaysia named the Realme C21. The device was leaked before launch by an AliExpress retailer, revealing all the specifications.
The Realme C21 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD panel with a screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio; screen-to-body ratio of over 89.5 per cent. Moreover, The company claims that the Realme C21 has been certified with TUV Rheinland for high reliability.
Under the hood, the Realme C21 is being powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC. As a fact, it is not the first C series device to feature the same SoC; the Realme C11, Realme C12, Realme C15, the Realme C20 and now the Realme C21 all pack in the same chipset. The smartphones comes with up to 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. There’s an option to expand the storage via a microSD card slot.
As for the camera’s, there’s a 5-megapixel sensor on the front for capturing selfies and video calls. On the rear, there’s a 13-megapixel primary camera and coupled with two 2-megapixel sensors housed in a square module. Importantly, there’s our much beloved 3.5mm audio jack.
The Realme C21 runs on Realme UI 1.0 based Android 10. The phone is being powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. Connectivity options on the phone include dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Realme C21 Pricing and Availability
The Realme C21 has been listed for purchase at Lazada Malaysia carrying a price tag of MYR 499 (~$123/~Rs.9,000). It is available in two colours namely black and blue.
