The Narzo 30 4G and Narzo 30 5G smartphones have received a fresh firmware update from Realme. It isn’t the massive Android 12 update that many people were hoping for, which is a letdown. However, the OTA update includes the latest security patches as well as bug fixes and enhancements. It’s worth noting that, Realme has guaranteed the Narzo 30 4G and 5G consumers that the Android 12 update will be released in the second quarter of 2022.
The RMX2156_11_C.18/RMX3242_11_A.14 build number appears on the latest update for the Realme Narzo 30 4G and 5G smartphones respectively. In the recent OTA push, the Narzo 30 smartphone has begun receiving the March and April 2022 Android security updates. The April security patch, on the other hand, is not available for the 5G model. Fixes for a number of known issues, as well as enhancements to the system’s stability and speed, are included in the updates for both smartphones.

The update rolls out in a phased manner, and initially, only a limited number of Narzo 30 users will first receive the update. If there are no bugs found, the new update will roll out to all the handsets in India and globally. You can check for the new update manually by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can even manually download the latest firmware update from Realme’s official page and flash it directly.
