Realme on Wednesday introduced the Narzo 30 Pro 5G and Realme Narzo 30A in India, their latest smartphones under the Narzo series. The Narzo 30 Pro 5G which features the MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset and offers 5G connectivity is a rebranded (modified) version of the Realme Q2 launched in China.
On the other hand, the sibling Narzo 30A sports the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. The company has also introduced some exciting products which include the Realme Motion Activated Night Light, Buds Air 2, and gaming accessories alongside.
Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G specifications
The Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. There’s a single hole-punch design with a maximum peak brightness of 600 nits.
Under the hood, the Narzo 30 Pro is being powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC, coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
As for the optics, there’s a triple rear camera setup comprising of a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.
On the front, there’s a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
The phone runs on Realme UI 1.0 based on Android 10, and packs in a bunch of sensors including an accelerometer, ambient light, gyro, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. There’s a 5,000mAh battery powering the device that supports 30W Dart Charge fast charging. Besides, there is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics and security.
Realme Narzo 30A specifications
The sibling Realme Narzo 30A boasts a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Unlike the 30 Pro 5G, there’s a waterdrop-style notch and has a peak brightness of 570 nits.
Under the hood, the phone is being powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, paired with up to 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
As for the camera’s, there’s a dual rear camera setup comprising a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a secondary monochrome portrait sensor with an f/2.4 lens. There’s an 8-megapixel camera sensor with an f/2.0 lens for selfies and front-facing videos.
As for the storage variants, the Realme Narzo 30A has up to 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via microSD. Other connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port for data transfer and charging.
There’s a 6,000mAh battery powering the Narzo 30A that supports 18W fast charging and reverse charging. The company claims it to deliver up to 46 days of standby time on a single charge.
Realme Motion Activated Night Light specifications
The Realme Motion Activated Night Light features a 2,800K warm yellow lamp and is shaped like a donut. The newly arrived lamp light detects motion in up to six metres range and turns on automatically when someone passes by.
It also has support for an auto power-off functionality which turns the built-in lamp off just after 15 seconds of detecting no motion and can be controlled via a built-in infrared (IR) motion sensor.
Moreover, the company offers two brightness modes to adjust the flexibility of the light as per user choices. Besides, the Motion Activated Night Light comes with three electromagnets to let you stick it to a metal surface. Finally, one could also hang the light to the closet corners of your home or stick it with an adhesive to the corridors or hallways.
Realme Buds Air 2 Specifications
The Realme Buds Air 2 comes with support for ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) rated for 25dB noise cancellation rather than 35dB on the Realme Buds Air Pro. The Buds Air 2 come with 10mm drivers enclosed by a diamond-like carbon.
Ultimately, Realme also claims that the earbuds can perform at a latency of 88ms in gaming mode. It interfaces with a gadgets over Bluetooth 5.2.
The company also announced a collaboration with The Chainsmokers, who have been brought in as the custom tuners for the TWS. The Air 2 also supports AAC High-Quality Sound and a large battery capacity that provides the users with a massive 25hrs total battery life (charge 100% in one hour).

The Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G has been priced in India at Rs.16,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model has been priced at Rs. 19,999. As of now, the phone will be available in two colours, namely Sword Black and Blade Silver colour options.
The Narzo 30A on the other hand is priced at Rs. 8,999 for the base 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant while the 4GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs. 9,999. It will be available in two colours: Laser Black and Laser Blue.
The Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G will be available for purchase from 12PM on March 4, while the Realme Narzo 30A will go on sale starting at 12PM from March 5. Both phones will be sold via through Flipkart, Realme.com, and mainline offline stores.

The Realme Buds Air 2 Pro has been priced at Rs 3,299 and is available in Closer Black and Closer White colours. The TWS earbuds will go on sale via Flipkart starting March 2nd. Finally, The Realme Motion Activated Night Light comes with a price tag of Rs. 599 and will go on sale from Flipkart and Realme.com.
