The Realme 6 series debuted last year with the Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro followed by the Realme 6i. The Realme 6 as well as 6i feature the MediaTek Helio G90T, a 6.5-inch 90hz FHD+ IPS LCD display, 64-megapixel (Realme 6) / 48-megapixel (Realme 6i) quad rear camera setup, a 4300mAh battery with 30W fast charging, and much more.
The company is now rolling out a new OTA to these devices. The new OTA update carries the firmware version RMX2001_11_B.59/ RMX2002_11_B.59 and is based on Realme UI 1.0 with Android 10. The update carries optimization for overall system performance and stability.

If you haven’t received the update notification yet, head on to Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update to check for updates. Since it is a staged rollout, it may take a few days to roll out for all users.
According to the timeline shared by Realme, the Realme 6 has received the Realme UI 2.0 Early Access in the month of January, while the Realme 6i received it in February. They are been followed by multiple updates with several bug fixes. We do expect the stable Realme UI 2.0 rollout to begin in May or June. The company has already rolled out the stable Realme UI 2.0 update for the Realme X50 Pro and Realme Narzo 20 whereas many other devices are still in beta.
On a related note, the Realme XT is now receiving a new OTA update carrying the firmware version RMX1921EX_11_C.11, the update is based on Realme UI 1.0 with Android 10.
