Realme may now be gearing up for the launch of its Realme 9 series of smartphones. While the brand has officially confirmed that the Realme 9 lineup of devices won’t arrive in 2021 and we’d have to wait till early 2022 to see the devices, leaks still haven’t stopped coming. A couple of Realme 9-series smartphones along with a Realme GT-series smartphone has now been spotted on the EEC certification website.  Let us take a look at what we know so far regarding the realme 9i, realme 9 Pro Plus and the realme GT 2 Pro.

Realme 9i, 9 Pro Plus, GT 2 Pro May Launch Soon

According to an EEC certification portal (first spotted by 91Mobiles), the alleged Realme 9 Pro Plus (with the model number Realme RMX3393), the Realme 9i (with the model number Realme RMX3491) and the Realme GT 2 Pro (with the model number Realme RMX3301) have recently received the EEC certification. There are also some reports that suggest that the aforesaid lineup will not see the light of the day until the first quarter of 2022. The Realme 9 Pro Plus made an appearance on the IMEI database.

While there’s no official confirmation on the exact specifications of these newer devices, we could see the Realme 9 Pro Plus featuring an AMOLED panel, and be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. In all likelihood, the Realme 9 Pro Plus will feature a 108MP main camera too. As for the other devices, there’s currently no information on the specifications of the devices and we’d have to wait for the next year to learn more about these devices. The phones are expected to hit the market in the first half of 2022.
