The Realme Narzo 20A is now getting the May 2021 security update. But that’s not the only Realme smartphone to get a new software update in the past couple of days. The company has released the Android 11 update to the Realme C12 and C15. It also released the second Realme UI 2.0 beta update to the X7 5G.
Realme has started rolling out a new software update to the Realme Narzo 20A in India. The latest update bears firmware version RMX2050_11_A.31 and weighs 199MB in size. The update includes the May 2021 security patch. These fixes solve the privacy and security-related issues found within Android and inside Realme’s own software.

We expect that this new firmware will roll out to the Narzo 20A in other markets over the next few days. If you are a Narzo 20A user in India, you can check for the latest update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the newest firmware from the company’s database and flash it manually.
The Narzo 20A was launched in September 2020 with Android 10-based Realme UI 1.0. The smartphone features the Snapdragon 665 SoC, a 12MP triple rear camera setup, and a giant 5,000mAh battery beneath.
