Realme has now started rolling out a new OTA update for Realme X2 carrying the firmware version RMX1992EX_11_C.16. The update is based on Realme UI 1.0 with Android 10. The update brings the security patches for the month of December 2020 as well as January 2021, adds a new icon for phone calls when Bluetooth earphone is connected, fixes the scanning failure of Bluetooth, optimizes the experience when using the combination of fingerprint and face unlock, fixes the bug where Photos failed to play HDR video, fixes the probabilistic crashing issue when entering the alarms app, and more.
To recall, the Realme X2 features the Snapdragon 730G chipset, a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display, 64-megapixel Quad camera array, in-display fingerprint sensor, and much more.

If you still haven’t received the update, head on to Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update to check for updates. The Realme UI 2.0 update rollout for Realme X2 is in the queue and is expected to release in Q2 2021.
