The Realme X7 5G is the latest Realme smartphone to get the Android 11 update. The new software update brings realme UI 2.0 to the smartphone along with the June 2021 security patch. The Chinese firm has started rolling out the new update in India, and other markets could get it over the next few weeks.
Realme has released a new software update with firmware version RMX3092_11_C.05 to the Realme X7. It brings a refreshed UI design, more consistent iconography, smoother animations and transitions, improved performance, and better security. The new software includes one-realme UI 2.0 and all of its features.
Android 11 based realme UI 2.0 comes with new features such as an improved dark mode, digital wellbeing, a new private space to hide apps/files, an upgraded security shield, call blocklist, app permission security, payment service security, and all the new Android 11‘s security features. If you are a Realme X7 user in India, you can either wait for the OTA update or check for it manually by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also flash the newest firmware manually after downloading it from realme’s firmware database, but the process only works if you have some knowledge on flashing firmware files manually.
