Realme X7 Max with Dimensity 1200 arrives in India: Price, Specifications, Features

Realme has unveiled the Realme X7 Max in India, as the latest addition to the X7 series in the country. The Realme X7 Max is a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo which was previously launched in China. The Realme X7 Max comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC paired with a triple rear camera setup. There’s a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera on the front with slim bezels all around. The Realme X7 Max is available in two storage choices — 8GB + 128GB, and 12GB + 256GB. The base variant is priced at Rs. 26,999, and the top-tier variant is priced at Rs.29,999. The Realme X7 Max comes in two colors Mercury Silver, and Asteroid Black color options. The phone will be available starting June 4, in the country. As of now, there is no information on when or whether the Realme X7 Max will make its way to other countries.

Realme X7 Max Specifications

The Realme X7 Max boasts a 6.43-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels. It measures 158.5×73.3×8.4mm and weighs 179 grams. The screen refreshes at 120Hz and has a 360Hz touch sampling rate and 91.7 percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, paired with the ARM G77 MC9 GPU. The phone is available with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 fast storage.

As for the camera and optics, the Realme X7 Max packs in a triple rear camera setup comprising of a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary sensor paired with an f/1.8 lens, a secondary 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FoV and f/2.3 lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter with f/2.4 aperture. You’ll find a 16-megapixel sensor on the front with an f/2.5 lens for selfies and video calls.

As for the connectivity options, the Realme X7 Max has dual-mode 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. The Realme X7 Max runs on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. Sensors on board include a proximity sensor, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, ambient light sensor, and accelerometer.

There’s an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometrics as well. The phone is backed by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 50W fast charging.
