The Realme 7, the company’s current offering in the respective price tag, features a 64-megapixel rear camera, the Mediatek Helio G95 SoC, a 90Hz 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD, a 5000mAh battery with support for 30W Dart fast charging, and lots more; has now reportedly begun receiving applications for Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.
While the update has been rolled out in beta stages for a couple of devices, in the past for the Realme 7 Pro, the X50 Pro, and more, and recently the company also opened applications for the Realme 6 Pro; now the company has begun accepting applications for the Realme 7. The company on Monday announced the Early Access Program for the Indian users of Realme 7. As an Early Access Program member/tester, beta testers get to experience Realme UI 2.0, which adds tons of customizations such as global theme color, icon and font customizations, enhanced security, enhanced optimizations, and better productivity, the essence of vanilla Android flavor.
How to Join Realme UI 2.0 Android 11 Early Access Program for the Realme 7:
Before heading over and applying for the beta, here are some points you need to note:
- Make sure your phone is not rooted.
- Take a complete backup of your device to prevent data loss.
- Note that some third-party application versions might not be compatible with this version of Android 11 yet. Therefore, it is recommended to update all your applications to the latest version available in the Play Store before your update.
- The Early Access versions may have an unpredictable impact on your phone and effect on daily use.
- Make sure to have more than 5GB available in your phone storage.
Here are the steps you need to follow to get on the beta version of Realme UI 2.0 on Realme 7
- Update your device to the required UI version: RMX2151PU_11.A.71.
- Apply for Early access through the Settings panel: head over to Settings -> Software Update -> Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner -> Trial Version ->; Submit your details -> Apply Now.
- With this, you will be enrolled in the Realme 2.0 Early Access Program.
