Realme 9i to be Officially Unveiled on January 10 in Vietnam: Expected Specifications, Price

Realme has confirmed that the Realme 9 series will debut in January 2022. The company is set to unveil its latest budget offering, the realme 9i in Vietnam on January 10, 2022. However, there is no word on the launch of the realme 9 and the realme 9 Pro. The upcoming smartphone is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with the Adreno 610 GPU. Realme 9i Launch Details

The realme 9i will be launched on January 10, the company confirmed. The device will first be made available in Vietnam. We would expect the device to arrive in India, and globally by March 2022. The India launch of the 9i is likely to take place alongside the global launch.

realme has not revealed a lot of information regarding its upcoming smartphone. The leaked design renders show off a plastic frame with the power button and volume buttons located on the right side. The recessed power button will also double as a fingerprint sensor. Similar to the frame, the back panel of the Realme 9i is also said to be made out of plastic.

An AliExpress listing revealed that the Realme 9i will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, an underpowered version of the Snapdragon 695 with a 6nm fabrication. Furthermore, the base model of the device is said to offer 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The phone is likely to be shipped with realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. Going by the listing, the phone will offer a 5,000 mAh battery and will support fast charging up to 33W via a USB Type-C port.
