Realme 9i with 90Hz Display, Snapdragon 680 SoC Launched: Price, Specifications

Realme 9i has been launched in Vietnam just days after teasing it for India and confirming the Vietnamese launch date. It is the latest i-series phone from the company and is positioned in the mid-range segment. The realme 9i gets a 90Hz FHD display, is powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC and comes with a 50MP triple rear camera module. The realme 9i price in Vietnam has been set at Vietnamese Dong 64,90,000 (~Rs.21,000) the 6GB + 128GB version, which comes in Black and Blue colours. It is available in the country via major e-commerce sites, realme’s online store and select offline retail stores.

realme 9i sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 90.8 per cent screen-to-body ratio, and a punch hole to house the selfie snapper. It is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with Adreno 610 GPU for gaming. It packs in up to 6GB of physical RAM and 128GB storage. The phone has support for extendable (virtual) RAM.

The 9i has a triple camera setup on the back, with a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, there’s 16-megapixel snapper for selfies and video calls. The rear camera comes packed with camera features including [email protected] video recording, [email protected], [email protected], Super Night, AI Scene Recognition, Super Macro, Panorama, Expert, Time Lapse, Portrait, HDR, among others.

The phone runs on Android 11 with realme UI 2.0 custom skin out of the box. A 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support fuels the phone. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging.
