Earlier this year, Realme announced their next version of Android Custom UI based on Android 11, namely the Realme UI 2.0. As per the company’s previous schedule, the device was expected to receive the Early Access update by the end of December 2020. Fulfilling their promise, Realme has announced the Early Access Program for the Indian users of Realme X2 Pro on Tuesday; As an Early Access Program member/tester, beta testers get to experience Realme UI 2.0 before anyone else. The update brings tons of new features, privacy measures, customization options, enhanced security, enhanced optimizations, and more. How to Join Realme UI 2.0 Android 11 Early Access Program for the Realme X2 Pro:
Before applying for the beta, here are some points you need to note:
- Take a complete backup of your smartphone to prevent data loss.
- Please make sure your phone is not rooted and has a locked bootloader.
- Note that some third-party application versions might not be compatible with this version of Android 11 yet.
- The Early Access versions may have an unpredictable impact on your phone and effect on daily use.
- Make sure to have more than 5GB available in your phone storage.
Here are the steps you need to follow to get on the beta version of Realme UI 2.0 on RealmeX2 Pro
- Update your device to the required UI version: RMX1931EX_11.C.34
- Apply for Early access through the Settings panel: head over to Settings -> Software Update -> Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner -> Trial Version ->; Submit your details -> Apply Now.
- With this, you will be enrolled in the Realme 2.0 Early Access Program.
