[Update from December 31, 2020]: Realme has started rolling out RMX2161_11_C.01 update for the Realme Narzo 20 Pro, this update is the first beta for Realme UI 2.0 Early Access Members. The update weighs at 2.86GB and carries the same changelog as the update for the Realme 6 Pro.
The Realme 6 Pro is one of the few first Realme smartphones to receive the Realme UI 2.0 beta update based on Android 11. The company recently opened the applications, and within a couple of hours, the first beta is now rolling out for the device. The Early Access Program users have now started receiving the first beta version, which carries the firmware version RMX2061_11_C.08 and weighs about 3.3GB in size.
The Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 is a whole new take on Realme UI with tons of customizations like Global Theme Colour, Icon and Font Customisations, enhanced security, enhanced optimizations, and better productivity essence of vanilla Android flavor. Some of the new features included with Realme UI 2.0 on the Realme 6 Pro, as per the changelog, include support for creating custom wallpapers, new dark mode styles, system cloner, and tons more; the update also brings optimizations and security improvements along with the goodness of Android 11.

- Added “System cloner”: You can create a system clone from your main system and use different fingerprints to enter different systems.
- You can now turn “App lock” on or off in Quick Settings.
- Added “Low battery message”: When your phone battery is lower than 15%, you can quickly send a message to share your location with specified people.
- More powerful SOS functions
- Emergency info: You can quickly display your personal emergency info to first responders. The information can be shown even when your screen is locked.
- Optimized “Permission manager”: You can now choose “Allow only once” for sensitive permissions to better protect your privacy.
- Games:
- Added Immersive Mode, which reduces disturbances while gaming so you can stay focused.
- You can change the way to summon Game Assistant.
- Communications:
- You can share your personal hotspot with others via a QR code.
- Photos:
- Added the Cloud Sync for Private Safe feature, which allows you to sync the photos in your Private Safe to the cloud.
- Optimized the photo editing feature with upgraded algorithms and more markup effects and filters.
- HeyTap Cloud:
- You can back up your photos, documents, system settings, and more, and easily migrate to a new phone.
- You can select the types of data to be backed up or restored.

- Added the inertial zoom feature, which makes zooming smoother during video shooting.
